Lock icon on the main screen and Security features not able to use. When click on it, it prompted 'Function not supported'. Not able to protect my data from unauthorised user. Although it had the backup function to backup SD card in phone but the app is unable to backup the data from the phone's SD card.

App installs and executes backup fine. Exiting is an issue... can't close the app. As it stands my phone has to have the app running with PhotoFast device connected once it's started. I disconnected anyway then reconnected after a reboot. The files seem to have been saved ok.

The PhotoFast device and app have much room for improvement Pro backup to the PhotoFast device is quick Cons are that my phone has its own SD card in it and the app does not offer an option to back up the contents on that Does not even see the card. It seems to work as advertised. Note: using the app in conjunction with an actual backup charger called PhotoCube Pro found on Amazon. I will update if there are any issues but so far so good.

easy to backup. browsing files is a bit slow and have lag. security option showing not supported, not sure if it's a coming feature. software still can be improve.

Very unhappy. Spend almost $100 on a device and the app is keeping me from using it properly. Won't upload videos suddenly and now it won't back up my phone. App froze and not won't recognize the device as available.

Apps failed to do the backup. Keep exiting it when backing up photos. Hang my phone and makes it goes crazy. Tried un and reinstall. Issue still there. Spend so much money on the photofast item and the apps doesn't work. Can anyone do anything?
