I haven't had a problem until recently. My app won't open at all. And the key symbol just stop showing up in the top right corner. This first compliment was made in June. Then the symbol to alert me it was working came back. October now I've rebooted restarted deleted and reinstalled McAfee and it's giving me the same problem. No safe browsing symbol. But on the app it says it's on!

VPN keep turning off so you have no protection so find a nuther VPN and security app. Macfee don't care or deliver the protect promised by by liers and thefts helper I (understand went to avast one free apn and works this app mcfree stopped working after first use go to avast one).

I keep getting notifications to update the app but when I go to do so there's no option for that, as if it's already been updated. Don't understand why I keep getting the notifications if it doesn't actually need to be updated!!!

I always love this app because of the vpn. Now, all of a sudden, the vpn is nonexistent. It doesn't even show up on more connections and vpn. The reason I even pay for this is to use the vpn, is fast and easy to use, but can someone tell me what's going on with the vpn, and why is not working or showing up

For as long as I've had this app,I haven't had a problem with it until now! I go to the app to scan my device but it tells me to sign in. When I try to sign in it tells me to try again there was a problem. I try it again it tells me the same thing! So all of a sudden it doesn't work now!

Why does this app arbitrarily stop working? I pay for this app monthly through my MetroPCS account. I hope this bug gets fixed. The VPN is important to me. However, The VPN arbitrarily stops working regularly. Like every time I turn it on. It'll run for a few minutes, then shut itself off. Very frustrating! I understand that the app is very inexpensive. However, since I am paying for it I would like it to work.

UPDATE- Stopped working. Again. I've been 2ith you guys for a decade, metro. Very few issues, and when Ive had any I've had absolutely amazing store associates to go to who have bent over backwards at every turn to help me out. When I've had to call the Metro hive mind, even though 9 out of 10 times none of you there have the same information, you are at least usually understanding & helpful as you can be. Not anymore. Sucks. **** Excellent app. Easy to use, doesn't disrupt normal phone use.

Recently, the app stopped working. It began asking me to verify that I am a Metro subscriber, which I am. It sends a verification code via SMS and after I enter it is when the error occurs. It says it's unable to verify my number and closes. I called Metro which was a horrible waste of time. They couldn't say what happened when I've been using the service and app since 2019! Instead, they offered a free year of McAfee Identity Protection but that doesn't actually fix anything and I'm frustrated!
