Useless app with horrible scalping charges levied in various forms. Applies unnecessary additional fees while Recharging the account via any mode, even UPI. No customer support, notifications are always late by an hour, and it does not work most of the time.

Whenever the power is on DG the app does not throws notification. What is the use of an appointment when it runs on the whimsical wishes of the builder. The app does not refresh on a real time at times there are lag of 4-7 days. I wish there was a customer service to help.

Lag while scrolling. Hangs even at initial log in. Alot of users mention these issues repeatedly. Therefore retain the original one which works flawlessly till the time you fix the lag/hang issues on this app. If you have no intention to fix then this is is among the other pathetic applications pushed into play store for users to suffer.

Data values on all graphs are missing. Have to click on the graph to check the numbers. This does not give a good user experience. This added an additional click to get to the data. Please improve the visuals.

The app keeps crashing whenever I click on any menu items on the left. This is happening only when you enable dark mode and then start the app. The app works fine in light mode.

The worst app, if you cant login then you are on your own, the customer care is even worse they dont even think to reply your mails.... strongly suggest to stay away from this app and use some other app to their society. Already send many mail got no reply n when they replied after so many mail, as per you guys"No issue from our side and use web version if issue with app".

App is Closing down every 2 seconds. Old App was okay. Xenius SEMS Plus is useless. Even changing battery settings not helping. Developer not responsive. Even after 3 months the Developer is refusing to agree that there is a problem.

Unable to recharge due to button hides at the bottom and also scrolls feature is not there. kindly check the recharge functionality on MI A1 device. this is a blocker issue as app is not having the adaptive ui.
