I hate this app. It keeps pestering me with alerts and asking for too many permissions. I would have removed it long ago if I was not forced to keep it as my only means of entering the stadium. I think paper tickets were waaaay better. One time this app failed to display my tickets and I missed the 1st quarter of opening day. It totally sucks. There was an update recently that made this app worse. I'd like to give it zero stars. It's even worse now since they keep trying to force the NFL login.

Season ticket holder for 50 yesrs. App sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Crashes often. Update 8/16/24: app is still garbage 3 years later. Update 11/27/24: still cannot access tix or the Broncos Plus card on this app because I have an Android phone...Greg/Carrie/Condoleeza, please do something my God.

The app is good for all of the things I can already watch on YouTube, but the live game updates are terrible. I have to close and relaunch the app to get real time updates when fallowing a live game. Also the KOA listen button always repeats an Iheart warning about being in or out of the approved area. It'd be better if you didn't even have the KOA button unless the only intent is for peeps who can drive the the game anyway. Google live game updates is far better.

Constantly logs out and half the time I cannot link my Ticketmaster account with the app. This has been going on for years and still that have not fixed it. Unbelievable that this is the only option to manage season tickets.

The Broncos app has a worse record than the Denver Broncos team. The user interface is clunky and difficult to navigate, making it frustrating to find game updates and team news. Frequent crashes and slow load times add to the overall poor experience. Additionally, the ticket manager often fails to load, making it nearly impossible to manage or purchase tickets smoothly. The team has been constantly bad the last few years, and this app is even worse.

As a Broncos season ticket holder for 52 years, I'm extremely frustrated that the "required" app (only way to access tickets) doesn't work consistently on Android devices, just like last year, and the year before. The Broncos office admits they're aware of the issue and are working on patches, but how can they continue to release a product that hasn't been properly tested? After years of crashes and lockups, it's unacceptable that this problem persists. Fans deserve better from this franchise.

This app is the only way I can access my Broncos tickets and it doesn't work. With the latest release I was asked to link my NFL account and I did that. Now when I click on the "Account" button on the bottom bar, then the "Account Manager" tab , the app displays a loading icon and just sits there. I've tried clearing data and cache and re-installing the app with the same results. Sometimes I get the "Broncos isn't responding" toast message too. How do I see my tickets if the app doesn't work?

If transferring tickets is even possible on this app, it's impossible to find how to do so. Not at all user-friendly for that process. 2024 UPDATE: After my son spent hours trying to transfer a ticket, I called the Broncos ticket office and was told that the app has issues with Androids. No s**t! They guided me through a workaround, but why don't they just fix the app so it works with Android? It hasn't for 2 or 3 years! Not everyone owns an iPhone because not everyone wants to own an iPhone.
