Very good app. I like the fact that you can turn off and on the alarm and you get notifications when the alarm is triggered. My suggested feature would be to have a "Set max charge level" feature from the app were it would stop charging if you set it to stop at a certain %. BUG: Not sure if this was intended but my trip history stays splitting up the trip. So if I do one trip and I go on the trip history I would get that trip split into multiple segments. I think it's a bug.

To the people who can no longer connect to their bike. It's hardware fault in the BMS. You need a new BMS. The 12V rail for the telematics fails. Took months to get mine replaced. Also all security features now behind pay wall. This has removed features from the bike that were part of my reason for buying. I will be taking legal advice to see if they have broken UK or EU consumer rules. At no point was I told that I would have to pay for these features. Very bad customer experience.

Until now, the App was quite good. You could see the battery status, range, you could lock and unlock the scooter, even start it, etc. Now it's basically a Scam, only works with paid subscription. Neither the website nor our Swiss dealer mentions that the App only works with a monthly paid subscription. With no information during the purchase of the scooter and the 1st year, making it a paid service out of the blue. I think this is even illegal according to Swiss and EU law / regulations.

Good App! Really nice to monitor your bike or open the seat when walking back with groceries. Would be awesome if it will support push notifications in the future to tell you when it's full, or if the alarm goes off for example. Keep up the good work.

Previously, I had been a big fan of the Silence scooter and app. Not everything worked, but some great features always did. The newest move to make the functionality subscription-based, however, is a true insult. Not only had this NOT been communicated before (especially when buying the scooter), but the functionality was mentioned online as an explicit bonus for buying the premium version of the bike (S01+)! I want to use the rating to protest against this unethical, maybe even illegal conduct.

I can't introduce the vin manually. There is an error when send the string. Also, adding a new vehicle is working only from one place, even is there are at least 3 options

New version disabled all the useful features and put it under "premium" . No more alarm, no more location, no more sharing. It's a shame

Useful - but could be better! An option for switching from km/miles would help, as would displaying dates in trip history in UK format..
