Does not provide further info on push notifications, if you can even find them in the app - and is hard to navigate/not intuitive

This app has become garbage and unusable. Everytime I try to log in, it wants to send me a security code that never comes via text message, so email is the only option. But when I switch apps to get my code through email, this app closes and I have to start over. It's an endless cycle. One time I did manage to make it in and selected the option to not ask for security codes anymore. Guess what? It asked for a security code everytime since. Garbage app.

It keeps force closing on me... This app is easy to maneuver and very user friendly. However, every time I log into my account, and ready to start a message with my care team, it force closes on me. After this happened three times, I decided to uninstall the app. I think I'll continue using the My Chart app instead. It's quicker and more stable for me. Sorry Rush. 🤷🏾♀️

Superb! This app was not created as an afterthought just to do what everyone else is doing. The app is very sophisticated and comprehensive in it's look and operation. Not buggy at all, as far as my experience has gone. You have total access to your medical records, tests and appointments. Also readily messaging to your PCP. Medicare integration if you choose. I could go on and on. I love the technology built into this app. It has remote/electronic check in. GPS enabled thru your phone. 5 stars

This is a useful app and allows me to do most of what i need in terms of scheduling appointments, viewing test results, communicating with my doctors, and paying invoices. Ican search for doctors but there isn't any detail. Some functionality does not work but there does not seem to be help on how to enable the function - prompting me to do something and then telling me that functionality is not enabled is not helpful. App bug is fixed, thanks to the development team for fixing it quickly.

For a healthcare based app, too much access to phone required. If you're not willing to share all sorts of information (location, calendar access, file access, etc.), the app will not work at all. Camera is required for video visits, but even if you never want to do one, you can't proceed without allowing that access. There's no reason this app needs 100% access to my location at all times (mobile check-in, but other apps allow "only when asked" permission to do the same thing). Back to website.

This is one of the easier patient portals I have. I have leukemia, and I have several doctors. It is easy to navigate, and very easy to understand. Among the things this portal offers is following up with your health with current test results, making appointments, paying any bills and messaging the doctor or other people concerned . It also helps to research your past health information as well.
