The app is worthless if the city does nothing. And don't bother with pictures because they won't see them. 1/23- another report and nothing but excuses from code enforcemnet for doing nothing. update 7-28-23 Now the app just doesn't work, just takes.you to a blank webpage

Horrible. The choices on this app are confusing. It is extremely difficult to find what you need. It is even more difficult to find out how to report issues. Now, they want pictures of animal cruelty. There is no way to report a dog barking constantly barking at midnight in 100-degree weather. How do you take a picture of a dog barking in excessive heat? Horrible app that is mostly useless.

I have used this app and all my requests have been responded to with positive results. Thank you Fort Worth for making a simple but yet effective way for the citizens to make reports to the various city departments.

This app is garbage. Cant do anything with it. Called PD non emergency line they sent me to this peace of $&@#. Make a complaint to a computer? The person on the other end reading it doesnt respond or do anything about the issue. What a wast of time.

This app is worthless when it comes to reporting animal negligence. There is seemingly no option to do so and the search function doesn't work.

Junk Complained about the street lights not working, never fixed but ticket were closed. Earlier eng used to call when lights were fixed now they dont.
