Alaexa integration does not work, which was one of the biggest reasons we chose this light. Goes to a page with the following error: NoSuchKey The specified key does not exist. The other parts of the app seem to work fine though. UPDATE: I was not able to add the Alexa integration via the Hubspace app. Instead, I went into the Alexa app and then went into skills. Then search for the Hubspace skill and add that. Now Alexa integration works. Still not a great app experience.

Works on GrapheneOS, but I get a notification about it trying to use the Play Integrity API everytime I launch the app, which is annoying and seems unnecessary. The app also advertises "Special Offers," which loads after half a second, and displaces the controls for the devices by a finger press. That bug has caused me to accidentally turn off the wrong device before. Other than that, works decently well.

Just installed he outlet and I wish I could upload a photo but it's unable to detect any 2.4ghz signals..and the option under connectivity saying, "Wi-Fi has not been setup. Complete the setup using the setting below." Is "faded" and I'm unable to click. Removed product and readded and same thing. Trash 🗑️ process. (Edit / Update) Connected after an hour, process is smooth when it works. Will buy more products if this one holds up. 😊

2/21/25 update: After hours of messing with the app when we bought it in Dec 24, got it to work. Tonight, I went to use the app to make a custom pattern, and only 12 out of 40+ lights are showing available, yet all lights are working. Troubleshooting recommendations did not fix the issue. So, for now, we are stuck with the basic colored lights and premade pattern. Dec 24, the product is great, but this app is awful. It randomly grays out, can't make a schedule, and the app changes the settings.

They work, but just barely, so they're just barely not a one. Sometimes the lights respond instantly, usually there is a delay of several seconds, and pretty regularly it will take anywhere from 30-60+ seconds for the lights to respond. And about a third of the time, nothing happens at all. And isn't this fun, I just found out that when they are doing "maintenance", you can no longer control your lights. And I received no notifications prior to this. No local control. I would not recommend.

APP stability is pure trash. Almost every other time I open the d@mn thing, it's completely forgotten email and password. Everything has to be reset to enter and adjust the schedules of the the devices that it is- ironically- still controlling. So much for "smart" devices. Really wish I had an alternative.

The setup site is garbage and keeps freezing. I have not been able to sign in. takes me to the sign in page but freezes everytime I try to sign on. I cannot use any of my products because this is so broken edit. after talking with support that did not realize the sign in auth opened up a url outside of the app for android, I got into the app by registering on a computer and using a different web browsing program to sign in mobile. didn't last a week before it wants resign-in and I can't use app

Very glad I bought these. I have Twinkly & Govee (am obsessed. love them much) but these Hubspace lights are excellent, too! Even having some features in the app that I've been wanting from those "other guys" for a long time. Very glad I bought these.
