App sucks, didn't get my first purchase discount, now won't let me sign in to my account or change password. Also, I decided to use skip instead, and even with the higher prices, my final cost was less because of the crazy amount Mucho charges for delivery. Kinda seems like they don't want people using their app

Deceiving app that makes you think you're adding up points to use for something realistically that's not the case. Also fairly useless for ordering in business allow you to add comments on an order. Go to muncho burrito once a week and will not use the app anymore as it is a waste of time

Terrible app. Gives the option to "remember" your email at log in, but doesn't actually work. Offers "50% off first order thriythe app" but fails to mention that's on an order of "up to" $10, and the order minimum is also $10, so it's really $5 off your order... IF you can get it, which you can't because in order to sign up for the rewards program to get that discount, you have to make an order, after which you receive a code, but you've already placed your first order, so out of luck.

Ordered to the wrong restaurant, called the restaurant and they told me I would have to cancel in from my end in the app to get my money back. No option in the app to do such a thing. At least they got 18 free dollars from me.

Constantly logs us out, making us restart orders. Promos don't apply in checkout.

The app is trash. Doesn't remember your email when you click remember, no option to use biometric sign in so you have to type your password every time, and it signs you out if you hit back from the home screen or want to switch between ordering and rewards. Hire an app developer that knows what they're doing please.

Don't use the app it's really bad - and the 50% off first order when you sign up for rewards on the app seems to be a lie. I did not get any discount.

The app is organized very nicely. However, every click of the back button will restart the entire order, which is very inconvenient. Also, dark mode would make the app experience much better as I have certain visual impairments
