It's as bad as CMH's portal website! You go to the home page, login, then choose medicine, look at the list, choose a medicine, to read about it's info, then when your done reading it, you hit the back button at the bottom of the phone or use the mouse gestures to go back, to the list of meds to look at another. But it doesn't, it takes you to the home page instead. I didn't have any problems with the old version. They must of copied CMH's.

Helpful advice for folks, Care Team is under the Find and Schedule Care label. NOTIFICATIONS: there are different notification types. Be sure to look under Details, and go through all the Advanced Settings for each type. My problem with the app: I do NOT want to be forced to always receive a code texted to me each time I want/need to open the app. Upon my third code sent, a red pop up came up saying I'd need to call support for access. 😠👎

The new app is awful. The layout is clunky & you can't clear out notifications. There is outdated info displayed. It took me all of 5 minutes to view everything in this "new app" and what it has to offer & I can already tell it is going to be awful. Old app was my favorite layout out of ALL the hospital apps I have & now this new one is the worst. I'm assuming we don't really have a choice & the old one will soon be absolete, but I really hope this doesn't stick around.

- Missing current providers from the 'My Care Team' list. - Shows 'new' alerts on results tab for lab results that have already been viewed and provides no way to clear notifications. - Red dots on certain areas indicate there are unread notifications. However, all notifications have been read or do not exist. - A big oversight is that there is NO option for a dark mode. For a health provider, I would expect more ADA compliance for visually impaired. Big fail so far.

Tried to like this new version, really. But after three days I gave up and uninstalled it. The user interface is horrible, not intuitive at all. I didn't find any way to set a passcode for logging in. I had to enter my full password manually, and I couldn't get it to work with Bitwarden to make this easier. The 2 factor authentication requirement is nice, but no passcode? Come on! Fortunately there's an update for the old app. It's still working just fine, but this one? No Thanks!

Does not load at all. Just brings up the first logo screen and then crashes. Edit: Started working the next day, and was excellent. But on day 3 it is no longer working. The app opens and authenticates (fingerprint and text code), but then just sits there and spins.

For those who don't have a doctor, this version is great because it has a "find a doctor" tag right away (but if you don't have a doctor why would you be using the app?). For the THOUSANDS of us who are already Mercy patients who now must use this version because the old version will no longer allow login, this version removes some functionality and makes finding other tasks generally more difficult than the old version! I used to use MyMercy all the time. Now it is a pain. Horrible job.

This app is a downgrade from the former app. Large pointless pictures that take up valuable space and serve little function, difficult layout that makes family management impossible, and forces you to log in(app), to then log into the website through the app (with MFA AGAIN). Would NOT recommend.
