Latest update decided it needed to install in the middle of an active ticket. What a joke. I've been using this app for 5 years pretty much trouble free from an iPhone 4 to my latest Samsung 9+. But now it has problems and won't even sync to the correct time on my phone. Also it must have allow all the time locations enabled now. Sorry but my privacy is my business so maybe rethink this a little bit. Also it will not connect with support to send messages for help

Yet ANOTHER app contractors and truckers are forced to use when dealing with multiple corporations. Those corporations don't pay for using my phone. They pay even less than they did a few years ago so maybe remove permissions required such as full time background access to my location. Doesn't need camera access either. Instead try adding the ability to upload the documents and photos we already have for all the other apps we use on each job.

One of the better apps put out by an oil company. Don't agree with having to give permission for location services all the time and not just when you are using it, easily fixed by switching to deny at end of shift.

totally not suited for the job we are doing. Uses mobile data. Tracks you so long as the app is on. Requires permissions that do not need to be given for the job. Threatens your employment if you refuse to give permissions. Had to remove my antivirus software in order to install it because the antivirus software considered it malware. Edit: App now requires full access to location data even if the app isn't running. Still threatening employment if permissions aren't given to personal devices.

Recent update forces location sharing all the time. "Only while using app" should be an option. No app should be allowed to know my location all the time period.

Terrible app. Have had issues with force closing. Tickets not ending, and orders disappearing.

What sort of pos app shuts down and makes you update it while you're trying to enter information on an active ticket? This one does...
