Item wasn't as described, advertised as large with photos to back this logic. Item turned up as a miniature. No way to contact customer service, no number, email, etc can only speak to a bot on the app which doesn't understand or issue refunds. Do NOT recommend. Absolute scam!

Pay page was very buggy. Wouldn't let me change delivery address, tried multiple time to input payment methods but this wouldn't open. Then the pay button didn't work so I had to close the app and restart it 3x before I could pay for the item.

An application with great deals and with one of the poorest interface. The application majority of the times won't allow you to scroll back and forth. From 29.1.20 Now, the app has improved a lot, but the selection has gone down the hill, and you will keep seeing the same products repeatedly in different categories. Very little to choose 5 prices also do not seem to be exclusive anymore.

Great variety of different products that can be hard to find locally. Easy to use, great prices and would recommend to anyone. Return process is straightforward if size is incorrect or product doesn't suit. Only reason that I haven't given 5 stars is that some items in my opinion need more description on the item or additional photos - especially the clothing items that only come with the 1 pic.

Overall the app is easy to navigate, however be aware that when you inevitably get refunds on items of clothing you return, that separate credit notes are issued for each order returne - even if you return a bunch of stuff at once. They seem to have a policy where only one credit note can be applied to an order (and every order incurs a flat $10 delivery fee) so you are stuck placing multiple orders and paying loads of freight to redeem your credits.

Hard to explain but the app has frozen in the price tab and I can't see the sales now. Also sometimes when the sale finishes you can still access a product but can't add it to cart... And you can't click on link product while in the cart.. you can't go back either to view previous items. A wish list button would be great.

The products are really good and a bunch of discounts awaits you. The only problem is the shipment. It's so slow that the delivery date is already past due to expected date of arrival.

Big eye opener not to save credit card details to shopping apps. One button pressed and it had made a purchase and charged my card for something I didnt want. Also took so long to talk to an actual person. Also shopping with nz sale is a nightmare. They've lost my order that I DID want and havent refunded me and havent replied. Wish there was a contact number.... but there is only email submission.
