One star until I demanded - and finally got - a reply on the portal messaging function after several ignored ones over 2 months. Even though the response came 4 business days after I sent the message, the brought it up to two stars. I've used several patient portals, and this is the most useless by far. The options for requesting appointments are incomplete, and most of the ones that are there don't work. I could go on, but I've given the app developers enough direct feedback already.

In general, I like the app, but it needs improvements. 1st, I hate that god-awful chat button that covers up other buttons you need. Sometimes I don't know how to get around it without clicking it. 2nd, we REALLY need notifications within the app telling us when we have messages in the app. I don't check my email has often as I used to, and because of spam sometimes the messages get lost. In app notifications could fix this & make this more valuable. Even if a message saying "check your email"

Lately it does not let you sign in. When you click the sign button it just brings you to a blank blue screen no matter if you close out the app and try again or even Uninstalling it and then reinstalling it, it does the same thing. Only way to check for upcoming appointments and times. NEED IT FIXED ASAP

The app used to work great, and then wouldn't let me sign in. I reinstalled the app, and it was an entirely new design. I guess the app was updated, but it didn't say it. It works great now.

App writers need to try using their own product! There is this cute little chat icon and message box in case you have questions - in the MIDDLE of the screen. It covers the buttons you want to use, and there is no way to turn it off. Doesn't anyone care about user experience? It is completely annoying for those of us who don't need to chat.

I would normally say the app is great and 5* however it's stopped working. I can't log in unless using a web browser. The 1 star is because obviously the IT department isn't making sure it's up and working.

Unable to sign into health record. Multiple attempts made uninstalling and then reinstalling app with the same result. You hit the button to sign in just to bring you to a blank screen. Which is frustrating because the only way to get a hold of any of your Baystate doctors is to use the portal.

I like the app but it will not let me sign into it. I will click the well known green button and it just sends me to a blank blue page with the x in the corner to close out. When thats the screen you have to sign into. I hope this gets fixed soon.
