finally got it to work after talking to the office staff of the storage facility who told me you have to swipe to the right instead of press like you did on the old app so I would recommend making it more clear that you have to swipe it. and I'd still recommend that you make the main icon easier to see because the black color is difficult to see if somebody is visually impaired. perhaps inversing the current colors icon that sits on the phone screen

This company took over EasyCode which was a great app to access our storage facility. They inactivated our access and provide NO customer support at all. They only use group text messaging that is similar to phishing scams. The app won't allow you to register properly in a secure way. This is an app that is not ready for prime time! update: the app just hangs when it opens, just shows the storid logo. tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with the same result.

update 5/23 same problems. says no internet or user. Original Review: App does not start... only splaah screen. uninstalled, restarted phone, reinstalled. same thing. Called support number and requests a pin number then hangs up. the experience with this company only gets worse. App finally opens. now can not find my username... which ive verified with my facility. And says no internet while i have a screen shot of full bars on 5g.

Unable to login. Easy Code credentials was supposed to work. Facility says they haven't been given info for new StorID.

I had App installed. I didn't work at all. I Uninstalled the App and it won't install.

Says to login with existing info. Attempting that says user does not exist. Thanks for ruining Easy Code with this stinker that is not usable.
