I am liking the UI and telling people about the app. But the only thing is a lot of people in the SE area of Sioux Falls never heard of it since they are not really advertising the app. Just because you do one ad on the news doesn't mean anything. Have flyers in the downtown bus station and the west side satellite bus station too. Have it in the bus. Push messages thru people phones like they do with the detours and winter conditions. This can be big for the SE area if they do it correctly.

customer service is extremely unhelpful. you wait over an hour for a ride. they assign you drivers on the other end of town when there's drivers much closer. the app is glitchy. sometimes they try to pick you up over a mile away from your current location. do not use this service!

There is no reason the fixed routes should be inolving with the On Demand service. This app constanty suggests using the fixed routes instead of actually getting an actual availability, even at times when the fixed routes aren't available at a certain timeframe when one has to get to work. At least use another vehicle for the on demand service and not have the fixed routes being invovled otherwise you'll probably get thousands more complains from others besides me.

The app doesn't always work, but most of the bus drivers are really doing their best to help the passengers, even if the computer/phone apps don't always work. I think they need to hire a computer programmer to keep this app working.

Four stars because some lovely drivers explained the situation to me. Shame on y'all for not allowing them to pull up to buildings. And for God's sake LET THEM LISTEN TO MUSIC! No wonder you're so understaffed, you barely treat these people like they're human. Do better. Good job, drivers!

SAM practically forces sick and injured people (veterans in particular) to walk well over a MILE to connect with a fixed bus route that may or may not be at a particular bus stop on time. It's a health hazard and is a blatant disregard for customer needs.

Worked for a little over a week. Then it's been extremely off. Trying to schedule the microbus for the last stretch of my trip and I will be in front of a bus that's leaving in two minutes and the app will direct me to take another bus to catch the same line elsewhere so I'll miss this bus and catch a later bus, or walk to another bus to get to same place later. Edit: scheduled SAM at work. Driver goes to some random place where you only catch a cold, instead of employee pick up. Driver left me.
