Doesn't work. After I confirm the payment in the banking app, the app just has a blank screen and the payment does not go through. In addition, the UI is pretty poor. For example, if I click on the details of a menu item, and then go back, it reloads the whole menu and puts me back on the very beginning of it, instead of where I had scrolled down to. Being unable to make an food delivery app work in 2021 is a bit embarrassing, it's not exactly a new concept.

Absolutely pointless to buy the food for pickup through the app when you have to wait in the line to get the pager and then still wait for your food anyway. Also there was no information about having to go to the cashier counter during the ordering process so I was waiting for the status in the app to update and wasted most of my lunchbreak just to learn I still have to wait for the food to be prepared

The mobile app doesn't work in the Czech Republic at all. When I sign up and fill my cart I cannot proceed to check out because my data fields are empty although I'm signed in. When I fill the data (name, email, phone) again I get a note that the user already exists. I can't leave the fields empty either (although my personal data is filled in my profile already). So a check-mate situation. Uninstalled. PS: The desktop app works just fine.

The app has been improving since its launch. Never had an issue ordering a tasty meal and drivers are always super friendly. Food is reasonably priced and well packaged. Usually we order in Prague, just once in Plzen we struggled to input and search the right address through the app.

Unfortunately doesn't work for a while now in Czech Republic. I'm not able to pay by card, after confirmation through my bank, the app gets restarted and the payment is canceled after a while. It's also impossible to change address manually and it seems to rely on GPS which gives different street numbers.

Wow, for an order of 2 meals and 2 extra plain naan, via the app it is 99czk more than going and ordering it from the actual restaurant. So the 20% discount is actually no discount at all. Major scam to make you think you are actually getting an offer.

Hi, you got a bug in payment section when using credits from previous orders for discount. Each credit counts as 3Kč but then only 1Kč per credit gets discounted. Otherwise app is ok, I enjoy delivery and food very much :)

So far is good, it just would be nicier to know the stages of the order. Also, I received like 6 emails each time I order something. I think 1 with confirmation is more than enough... Doesn't accept Mastercard.
