Haven't been able to use the app for months. It keeps saying I need to update the app however I have uninstalled it in reinstalled it several times. The app doesn't work on my Galaxy S24 ultra.

Messages aren't being received, and none of the test results and visits are up to date, future visits are also not showing up.

This app socks it is always telling me to update and can get in it to read what I need to see

Just having the app on my phone drains my battery considerably. Loading each screen takes almost a minute or more each time you nabigate to one, sonetimes your doctor does nit load, so you have to scroll through EVERY doctor in esse's system to find yours. I downloaded the "new" version of the app from 10/22 and all the oromised features like appointment acheduling and bill pay say to call the office for help. This app still needs a lot of work to be useful
