Poor traceability of documents and things to complete. Documents difficult to read on mobile, and lack of an online portal to be able to complete on a PC instead. App frequently crashing when trying to upload documents.

It's fine. It does the job but it's a little inconsistent. The reason I've rated it so low is that I don't think it's worth the £40+ administration fee to use it. Additionally the questions are not the best formatted which makes them hard to understand and documents download with the same name not the file name. Overall, not a great customer experience. UPDATE: Lost 3 weeks of time because an action prematurely moved into completed. Beyond annoyed at the quality of this app for £40 charge.

Worst app I've ever used, doesn't save data properly, workflow is shockingly bad. Doesn't encryption data over the Internet when you have to put bank details in.. over generous permission set.. the list could on.. four hours spend trying to complete questions and it says I have more to complete. I've lost the will to live. All this for nearly £40 as well. It should be cheaper to use an app over paperwork!

Needs to take photos and upload files, but doesn't list those as required permissions, that is interesting. This is an app that requires you to enter bank details, so I'm kind of eager for them to have their permissions in order. From a user point of view it is horrible to use, takes far too long. I'm actually now thinking of getting the mortgage from a different bank, as I'm not willing to use this app.

Poor design, not intuative, caused us delays in sorting remortgage. Doesn't notify you when new messages/documents are uploaded, the identity check seems to fail for no reason, passport scan doesn't work as it should, generally poorly designed for something vital to getting the mortgage sorted. Due to issues we are late in getting remortgage sorted and it's cost us an extra £300!

A solution to a problem that doesn't exist. Directions poor. No clarity re the 'optional' note and I have no idea what is supposed to happen next. So easy to hit the wrong button on the questionnaire. Remove the orange and the ticks and crosses and just have a yes or no. Very poor, and something I'll make a point of avoiding when rebroking next time.

Astoundingly poor, not helped by the way they use it. Firstly - it would seem to me basic that an app such as this would involve a lot of exporting documents, so why it was designed so every document changed its name to 'Sharing document...' upon being shared is beyond me. Chasing letters for things already addressed. You can't contact your solicitor directly in the app, you send a message and get an autoreply. ID checks fail & must be redone manually but w/no explanation. A needless hindrance.

This app is a massive failure, can't fit all the reasons here. I stupidly PAID to make my life more difficult. Messaging is faulty, you can't reply, they don't get your messages, the app randomly fails to notify about new events and it's generally poorly designed. No search function! Once you open a message it's no longer on the to-do list even if it contains unresolved tasks, and then you can't identify it among dozens of other messages that look exactly the same. There's more. Just don't
