I bought 4 heaters for my home after testing one for a month. Setting up the 3 new heaters was a nightmare, but finally everything worked. Today, my heaters have thrown all their toys out of the pram, with the advent of the 1.3.0 update. Please fix this as a matter of urgency,!!Alternatively, provide the facility to roll back the app to the previous version. I would give the new version ZERO STARS IF THAT WERE POSSIBLE

I have used this app over several months and it does not work correctly a lot of the time... radiators appear offline when they are actually online, you cannot turn radiators back on when switched off using the app, and app often tells you your phone needs to be connected to the internet when it clearly is. The app is virtually unusable at the moment, even though it's being sold as a solution to control your radiators remotely. Please fix ! Very disappointing given how expensive product is.

Have had no problems for 6 months until 7 days ago it suddenly logged me out and when trying to log back in again it didn't recognize my email and password.Have no idea who to turn to as the engineers who installed my radiators have never seen this before and can't fix the problem.Has anyone a solution to remedy this. Thank you

The app crashes frequently. Mu phone keeps telling me to put it in sleep mode as a consequence

The app does everything you need for heating control. The latest update to add energy monitoring is very welcome. A graph for temperature by hour would be handy, so you could see how cold / warm things are getting and relate it to energy use. Add integration Alexa etc and it'll be five stars.

A disappointingly unreliable app. Frequently goes offline and doesn't save the password despite checking that option every time. Frustrating considering how much we spent on these radiators.

Please enable the radiators to be discovered using Bluetooth and the Google Home and Smart Life apps. Would make my smart radiators compatible with the rest of my smart home. Thank you.
