I was due to fly back to Mexico after a week in EU but even when I had 2 valid passports (UK and HK) with a permanent resident ID from Mexico, because they refused to believe that Mexican PR IDs don't have expiration date, they refused to let me board. They said they would refund but 2 years later they still haven't done so and refused to engage. It's taken so long I've even gotten my Mexican naturalized citizenship. Also, I flew back to MX with another airline with no problems.

Useless. It can't locate my booking, so what's the point of having the app? It gets even worse. I followed the help link, selected the phone option and it dialled a number which doesn't exist. So I tried with the email option. Entered all my details and hit send. Got an automated reply, in Swedish, directing me to a tui web page, also in Swedish. Never booking TUI again.

This app unfortunately will only show holidays. It won't show flights, and as with the holidays, seems it's only interested in people travelling from the other way to the UK. I have tried when seeking a flight only from a UK airport until my fingers, brain etc is ragged without success, but it's a waste of time.

Dare I say scam? Was trying for over 1 week to book extra luggage for 35€. Site and app kept saying invalid card(even though card was 100% valid) and wouldn't let me proceed with adding a new card. At one point it showed that the bag was added even though my card wasn't charged. No one from TUI answering phone calls. Check-in wasn't possible either. Got to the airport and even though I had screenshots and video recording of the situation, I ended up paying 120€ for luggage & 10€ for check in.

Cannot add a previously made booking. Second time I opened the app, it was in a different language. After pressing a couple of buttons, it changed partly to English and partly to the other language. Closed and reopened OK.

Completely useless App. Nearly impossible to log in. And when it is possible, the App do not find the details of my flights and boarding passes (even when I download all documents off and special files for mobile). What's the point of keeping this app. Deleting it now.

If one were able to select zero stars, then that would be the appropriate rating. This app, and the one it purports to replace is a complete waste of time and electricity. Disgraceful for a major airline

do not install this app if you dont speak German. When you try to do your flight checkin you are redirected to the TUI website in German. if you try to change the language you receive an error or the homepage of TUI homepage. Better using a browser and checkin directly from the webpage and of course removing this useless app.
