This is the best comic reader hands down, no competition. Clean and beautiful UI. Easy to use, buy the Pro version you won't regret it. Also supports dozens of file formats like eg. read straight from an rar file. etc Wholly recommended!!

It's almost perfect. The only thing that annoys me is that the sync takes a long time to update newly added files. Can't you make the sync work like a file manager?

I love it but I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out how to edit the details? I can alter the layout and text size etc but I don't know how to add descriptions to a series or even just add the author and year. I see that it seems possible, just not sure how

I like how good the UI/UX this app has. However, I just hope for additional features like a setting to control how much the reader go zooming from double tap (I think the zooming from double tap in this app is way too much) and maybe a setting to disable second double tap for more zooming(?). Also for some reason reading a comic in webtoon mode is kinda laggy, i hope this will be fixed in the future. Still considering to purchase the Pro version, so I hope for the improvement in the future.

The UI is very clean, I really like it. It supports avif or is it the android Idk but it shows avif images (beware of the resolution limitation on your device though, if avif images resolution too high it won't shows). No jpegxl support but I haven't found apps that support it, so. No smoothing filter option. Also a bit problem there is a thin green line in top or right of some avif images.

I only started reading Ebooks and comics on my phone about a year and a half ago, I've since then tried a whole bunch of applications just to get the best reading experience and I am happy to tell you that my search has ended, Kuro Reader is by far the best application I have ever downloaded. It is just above the rest, from it's great UI and the flowing animations, the options that it offers in app, the engine, the enhancements and the rendering quality is just not of this world or time, amazing

For me at least, this app has been absolutely top notch as a cb* reader. I get some people might find the extreme customizability in layout both in the reader and the file selector/manager a bit confusing at first, as may also the need to sync the app to your files, but once you figure it out, you can really appreciate it. The reader also scales images of different size rather well for a seamless reading experience which is something I've had other readers not handle well. 5*
