Way too many bugs, but it's getting better? That said, it still has its issues, the biggest for me is the app lacks a proper, fully functional offline mode for study and review. I would love to use this on the go where I have no internet (e.g. long drives on the road, flights, etc). I can't right now because it relies too much on fetching from the internet and fails otherwise. Add - app keeps failing to load grammar data. With JLPT coming up, can't rely on the app which is sad. The most comprehensive app available for Japanese grammar, but the play buttons are so small and with a long lag time that it makes for a frustrating experience. If this is improved it will be one of the best Japanese learning apps out there.

Great self-study app that works as a companion with your textbook of choice! Packed with thoughtful features. As the name suggests, grammar is really the focus here but there is also a customisable vocab function. I particularly enjoy the inclusion of pitch accent.

Bunpro was one of my key study aids at Uni, probably the reason I passed. I still use it daily as I'm preparing for the JLPT and the decks makes it very convenient. 4 stars because sometimes the prompts can be confusing when you have studied two points with very similar meanings. Although with the amount of synonyms in Japanese you should be used to this problem if You've studying Japanese .Also, sometimes reviews can take too long, and can add but the app helps mitigate this with holiday mode.

Excellent SRS system for grammar. It has thorough explanations, useful links to other resources for further learning, and multiple voiced example sentences for every lesson.

Bunpro really changed the japanese learning game. It was hard in the past to learn Japanese grammar as there were no great apps that supported the learning, but now with bunpro it's a whole different story! This app is great for serious and casual learners alike. There are many settings really surprised me, for example changing the way you learn words or grammar by changing from flashcards to another algorithm. Basically this app is all the grammar books combined into one app Gj bunpro team! :)
