If you apply for the flat together with other people they send all your documents to other applicants without any warning. Very poor data privacy. Apart from that they spam with irrelevant listings, i.e. temporary or room in shared apartment even though I applied corresponding filters to not show such listings. Many listings don't have address, which is literally the most important part of the flat listing.

Mostly useful app. Better that homegate, having possibility to use your account and keeping the favorites and chats across platforms. But the most annoying bug is that the chat is not working in the Android version. Also it will be very useful to have a translate function like homegate. *Edit* Solved ! The "chat", "for you" and "listings" sections did not work when an Ad Blocker is present on the Android OS, like PrivateDNS, or in LAN, like Pi-Hole or AdGuard.

Love your page, installed your app and it worked ok for a day, now it freezes on start and cannot run it properly. Had similar issue 2-3 months ago and deinstalled it then. Seems I might have to do that again. Might be related to my phone, I am using Redmi Note 10 with Android and MUI interface,not sure sice I dont have issues with other apps. Would be good to have the app running on my phone properly. Untill then have to give low score.

average app... to say the least. basic filters like furnished ads only are non existent. also in the chat the field with the message you are composing and the send button are hidden below the keyboard, so most of the time I'm guessing what I'm writing.... very unfriendly UI, but having in mind the average quality of the websites and apps here in Switzerland, i guess it explants this mediocre result, hence 3 stars. in normal situation I'd give no more than 1!

Very bad experience on android. Lots of bugs and glitches. Keeps showing error occurred message every 2 clicks. I couldn't send a message to contact the flat owner. Can't zoom in. It was very annoying. I highly don't recommend this app. Big waste of time. Tschüss.

The app itself functions mostly ok, there's a few bugs here and there. I like the map overview of the different advertisements But the most frustrating thing is not having a filter for "tauschangebots" - I would like to filter out these adverts

If you have an ad-free DNS set up (like adguard) or anything that filters out ads and tracking (e.g. pi-hole), the app won't work properly. It doesn't show your account and messages in this case. The website is working though. Will update the review once this gets fixed.
