Extremely poor app, it can possibly handle low volume of users, but for our company bus it's nearly impossible to use it without having it crashing all the time, double booking or not booking at all. EDIT: After repeated complaints from our company, they finally found the solution: a new error message. If your servers cannot handle thousands of users, either you do something about it or do not take the contract. You're wasting everyone's time by pretending you're listening to complaints.

The app is completely broken. I can not access tickets. The website is also completely broken. Customer service has been replaced. I can't talk to a real person unless I wait 2 hours or more.

This app has so many bugs. It does not apply the changes when we edit the time. If you already bought pass and go again check location, it ask you to select from and to location then it shows book for days, even if we select both outbound and return time, it only books the return ticket and not the outbound ticket, and when we edit and again try to select outbound time, it does apply changes. I updated my app, still issue permit. Please fix these bugs.

While I haven't had too many issues with the actual service, a lot of basic features constantly don't work on the app. Want to report an issue? Nope, the keyboard won't open until after you close the report window. Customer support is only through a chatbot which you can't type in yourself, having to use prompts (which doesn't help). It's just a bit of a mess.

Tracker does not work. No notification of what bus is collecting them. Sends messages saying child not on bus when they are at school. Really needs sorting out as very concerning for parents

I try to pay for a ticket and it won't let me I've tried 5 days in a row and still nothing had to resort to public transport making me late everyday .

Most useless app ever for booking buses. It takes atleast 30 minutes to get all bookings done, and most of the times it is impossible to find any ticket, with an error message saying "Something went wrong. Please try again". Once again reiterating, this is a useless shambolic incorrigible idiotic foolish app

Abysmally organised, terrible communication both internally and with customers. Drivers are nice enough.
