The app experience is suboptimal. I find it very difficult joining meetings through the mobile app. Even when I eventually do, I can't chat or speak during the meetings. I can't even see the video of the speakers. Though the appear muted, but I can hear what they say during the meeting. The chat interface keeps showing loading all through. If I join a meeting through my chrome browser whether on my phone or laptop, I don't experience any of these challenges.

Very unclear how to actually enter a room. When I have the room selected and click to join, it tells me something went wrong and logs me out. When I do manage to join a room, conversations are not updating, even when notifications appear that shows there were new posts. Whenever I look at a room description, it resers to the start of the list, even if filtered. It still shows that it's filtered, but it has to be reapplied after each description viewed. Was this app built by a 13-year-old?

No settings menu, event ticket flow is extremely clunky. Asks me for the event link everytime I open the app. Video never compresses or downscales, so it buffers way too much if your internet connection is slow. I cant watch the videos on demand either, it also buffers too much. Make sure you have the best internet speed available to you, otherwise your event will be affected.

What a useless app... presentation slides are presented in portrait mode, with no consideration for the slides' aspect ratio, and no way to rotate the screen to make the slides fill the screen better. I was stuck squinting at slides that were taking up less than a third of my phone screen. The presentations were already in full screen mode. Links posted in chat cannot be clicked on, and the text cannot be copied to paste into a browser. Chat messages between individual attendees all look the same, with no visual clue to show you which messages are yours and which belong to the person you are chatting with. This app looks like something that had no beta testing whatsoever.

APP works great, but continuously keeps kicking me off after 6 minutes and I have to reboot the app and get back to my session. It got so bad today after the 8th crash during a meeting I gave up and missed the rest of it. This seriously needs to be fixed. Its a big problem if people cant use your app cuz it keeps crashing evety 6 or 7 minutes?!

Good streaming app for live events. Takes a moment to understand navigations, but otherwise relatively easy. Not everyone reads the message for mobile apps that they are not interactive, such that you cannot view in any polls, but chat works. No option visible to mute, which isn't intuitive, but guess it leaves control to speakers and administrators so as not to be interrupted at random moments. Delay in receiving verification email. Had to sign in as guest instead.

Be careful with this platform! Many users bought lifetime deals from them. They just announced that their business model wasn't sustainable and were cancelling lifetime deals without refund. Thank goodness we didn't commit to it or we'd be up a creek. Moral: stick with the big guys who do the same thing at a fraction of the cost. Expensive lesson learned.

Terrible app, it tries too hard to be something it's not even remotely possible to accomplish in the basic sense of making the app actually work. Has potential but the execution and end product & UX/UI is godawful. Hasn't worked since my team first started using it. The app is just as broken as the main site. 👎👎👎👎
