The app needs to be reset every time you do a firmware update to a gateway. It is constantly giving error messages or loading with "please wait" for up to a half hour with allowing for anything else to be done, which forces you to close the app repeatedly just to make any progress. I have a large site with around 90 gateways and 250 wireless locks and i am forced to use this app to activate this equipment, the process has taken far to long because of all of the issues with this app. Awful

Super buggy implementation, screen goes to sleep while refreshing linked devices, on wake, it forces another refresh that takes forever. By far, the most horrible part is poor form validation, took me 3 days to figure out why an NDE would pair then fail on communication. Apparently there is a limit on NDE name length. No one at tech support had any clue what the issue could be. Common guys, its 2019, validate all the fields and find out from the hardware developers what the max length is.

The Engage application - both phone app and website - is quite primitive. It doesn't display much of the information that an admin needs in order to manage even a medium-sized installation. You have to contact support to get something simple like a list of users. We were considering adding more Schlage locks but will now be looking at options for replacing our Schlages with a brand that has better support - and a lower cost! At ~$1,000 per lock I'd expect a better management application.

A little clumsy on the interface, but it works. To everyone having trouble connecting to your locks: Check the firmware version on the lock. I had the same problem with the Schlage CTE, and it turned out to be a memory leak on the CTE. Upgrading to the latest firmware resolved the issue.

Can no longer connect to our BE467 locks since the latest update. Bluetooth is on, the locks show up in the bluetooth scan, but they never appear as in range in the app. I've checked permissions, reset bluetooth, and reinstalled the app, and still can't connect.

This is by far the worst app I've ever used. The worst part is I don't have a choice. Im forced to use this app to program this Allegion equipment. It truly seems like there was absolutely no testing done on this app whatsoever. There are so many bugs that I really don't know where to start. The developers should really just scrap this garbage and start over.

Terrible , app fails frequently and requires force closing... Often it won't connect and often it crashes completely. Great company but this is a total fail. Please fix it ....it's a let down to otherwise good locks and product

I'm lov'in it...two buildings with 38 NDBE80s and one CTE in use, this app makes it simple to control and manage. We questioning if we need a head control system at this time. Easy to use app from phone or desktop. I'm a belibier, Ha!
