Does not record every gate activation regardless of log in. Tested a few times with a large family many days. If it's verifying your pass it should record the lift gate regardless of where it thinks you are on GPS. It's simple, fix the app to record every time you use a lift gate into your account. The GPS can be glitchy but knowing what lift your on is so simple they should fix it in like a day....

This app has constant bugs and no app support which is infuriating for how much money they make. In this latest version, favorite destinations doesn't work at all. I also clicked access details from my past page and it just loads a white screen. It's annoying there's nowhere in the app to submit a bug report. Do some damn QA before you release!

App stopped updating my days used after 12/30. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now sign in button doesn't work so unable to sign into app. Website works fine and has updated days used, however. Update: I did verify cookies are enabled on both y default browser and Chrome. BTW, phone is Samsung S10, if that matters.

App has useful features, I like tracking my sessions and seeing my friends' location. However on Pixel 6a intermittently I get "Error: User is not registered for tracking" about half the time. This is on the mountain, connected to WiFi in a lodge.

Always blocked my days counting, often removes days, block tracking functions always, blocks Contact US, attempts to app track my personal data over 1000 times per day. App is primarily Spyware, it attempts to access private data, 24/7/365, it will do so over 1000 times a day, it tries to bypass your security, make no declaration that it does this. Now they are blocking all access to the app, again. I have uninstalled this Spyware.

App aux. Does not show current data on lifts and trails open or current snowfall. What a POS for 2025 technology. Get better programmers. This is not that hard. The Epic app blows this IKON app out of the water with its functionality! This IKON app has absolutely ZERO FUNCTIONALITY!

Worthless. I get to resort, try to open trail map, and all I get is a blank white screen. No ability to track, just nothing but a white screen. Every year this app gets worse, not better.
