Best hearing aids ever. Hooked up with Bluetooth to each other and my phone. Giving the user (me) the ability to tweak the settings to suit almost all my needs is fantastically useful. Only gripe... well two now. Sometimes, saving my custom settings doesn't always act as anticipated. And I've got a problem switching between music media streaming mode and standard setting.

What a dreadful, pathetic app this is - totally USELESS! When I want to edit the settings, e.g. Bass/Mid/Treble, I select the optimum position for each one, but after doing so, ALL of them reset themselves to number 3 out of 5...and I had only chosen number 2. The chosen settings just won't remain where I want. Another problem is the Bluetooth connection...it just keeps dropping out and the sound in each hearing aid fails completely. Not impressed, so uninstalled.

The app works good when it comes to changing settings and let's me know how much charge the battiess have. Would be good if it told the individual hearing adds as sometimes my left one turns off as it seams to go flat before the right one. Also can't play music through the hearing aids, it could just be my phone as I have a pixel 8a not a apple. The apps works good on my apple iPad can stream sound so don't need headphones when watching shows or listening to music.

Recent android versions on my pixel 7a are not well supported at all. The app is currently unusable. Considering the cost of this device, this is simply unacceptable.

The app is useless. It constantly crashes and requires frequent reconnections. Whenever I change the hearing aids settings in the app, it crashes and can't see the hearing aids any more. Yet Bluetooth says that they are still connected. The hearing aids seem to work better without the app, but the app is required to connect them in the first place.

Terrible app. Disconnects from aids every 30 mins or so, i am constantly having to re pair and reconnect the aids. This is very annoying especially after spending over 3k on aids that need the app so youd expect it to work.

These hearing aids are so comfortable that I have to remind myself to take them out before I have a shower and area of hearing expands when I wear them. I have connected them to my mobile so I don't have to touch my phone to answer it🙂.

At the start I had big issues with the connection phone to ear piece. I but that is now fixed. I at times very slow to connect. I also hours of use can be incorrect by at least 3 hours. I i am happy with it.
