There bugs after the recent update and it does not seem to work. the app crashes on every page Please get it fixed

Very good app for doing tarpanam, works perfectly well, have been using it for more than 2 years now. the issue of female voice for Gothram and puthru namam has also been replaced with own voice a few months back. The only issue is the speed seems to be same for all three options, Beginner, intermediate and advanced all take approx 30 min. Having got used to it for last 2 years , I feel I can perform faster and complete in 20 min. Secondly time has to be given to perform achamanm, darbai etc.

Gets stuck most of the time and repeats only the Gotram and name without changing the mantram. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Adding to the above, Mahalaya Tharpanam procedure also is getting stuck into a endless loop. As a service, please make it work the way it is suppose to. Cannot stop the procedure in the middle, restart the app and skip to the stage where the app crashed everytime. It has happened ten times or more and is very frustrating. Feels like the annual subscription is a waste.

I have been using this app for more than 12 months. It is a very useful app. the audio instructions are clear and the levels ( beginner, intermediate & advanced) are useful. The preloaded sankalpam dates come in very handy and i get to plan my future tharpanams in advance. The notification reminder is helpful too. However, since beginning June 19, iam not receving notification reminders in my phone. Hence i am giving 4/5, otherwise would have rated 5/5. Please correct this issue.

For June's Amavasya and Solar Eclipse rituals, the app got stuck into endless loops in the Gothram phase. Tried closing and reopening the app multiple times. Same behaviour in mobile data and wifi. Same behaviour in beginner and expert modes. The problem continues in July and August. I can even show a video recording of the problem. I'm disappointed by the lack of response from the development team. No one reached out to me asking for more details about the problem.

Thanks for App. It is very useful for persons like me and also during this type of pandemic. Two suggestions I would like to out forth: 1. Mantras for respective tharpanam may be made available in the App itself on the previous day. So that one can also refer while doing tharpanam. Audio sometimes a little faster. 2. Mantras requires some correct pronunciation. Regards

I am using for two years satisfactorily however, responses to queries (via emails) can be improved. When mantras getting chopped (during chant) was replied, it will be corrected at next update, which didn’t happen fully yet. Late and inadequate response for confirmation of my online payment. No contact number to call anyone and confirm about it. Using the CONTACT US option, does not work as expected.
