Scrolling through the menu is laggy. The bug has persisted for a long time, and no one seems willing to fix it. I can't contact support through the app (there's no option). There's no Google/Samsung Pay support for payment, which means I need to enter an OTP every time.

Amazing app, great interface, and point collecting system. I would like to see a section for notes/ requests such as adding brown sugar, cutting sandwiches in half , etc. Thank you gor adding the credit card option for payment

Poorly designed garbage, from the design, to the interface, to it randomly changing your country and an inability to top up your wallet. Absolute nightmare to use - go somewhere else for coffee.

Very bad App with a lot of technical glitches. After my review a very decent and professional customer service agent called me and it was very fruitful call. He explained everything to me and promised to fix all issues in the following update, I hope as their coffee is premium
