Groceries delivered within 30 minutes. The veggies and fruits are fresh and in good quality. Frozen food and ice cream were still frozen upon arrival. Sometimes they have discounted products and free delivery. So convinient for those who don't have time/can't do grocery shopping!

Dont transact during the weekend. 2 times made a purchased within 1 hour total 800k idr. Both transaction deducted my credit card. But astro app cancelled my order due to time to pay is over. Once talking to the CS. They can only say that it will be resolve within 1x24 hours working days. Meaning have to wait until monday to start checking. And hopefully by tuesday or 14 working days to get your money back.

Well so far i've been enjoying using this service. The estimation time is quite accurate (not always 30' sharp but at least it arrives super fast imo). The items could be improved and added more variants. As forbthe Astro food (like the coffee, food or snacks). I quite like it, but for the food i think the taste could be improved. I tried the nasi goreng and is too so so for the price. The coffee is quite okay for some but i added note to separate or use no ice, but it still came with full ice.

I have had great experiences using Astro, so it's only appropriate to give 5 stars. As i frequently buy my groceries from Astro, the boxes take a large space to store (and i find it wasteful to throw it away because the boxes are in a good condition 😅), it would be great if Astro have boxes take-back/pick-up service!
