The app is great when it actually works. 9/10 times you go to book regardless of what time you select it saying unable to make booking at this time. Sometimes works if u change it from a card payment to cash, but like the whole point in using the app is to pay by card 🙃 who actually always carries cash with them nowadays apart from the older gen

late 9/10 of the time. I kid you not im late for work every single day because my taxis are can be over half an hour late. been a loyal customer for over 10 years and its gone down the drain. often having to cancel and walk to work as it seems quicker. they up their prices and make taxis later and later. sort your business out. CUSTOMER LOST

It is usually very efficient and straight forwards but today I'm a bit disappointed as I was told the taxi had been and we weren't at designated pick up point, when clearly we were and no taxi arrived. We then had to rebook and wait in the cold for another one to arrive. It's possibly a misunderstanding and will continue to use Action Cars.

This app is fantastic when it works. But the majority of the time the app says cannot accept bookings at this time. If the developers of this app can see this comment. Please fix it. I like being able to see where my taxi is and how long its going to be.

Fast and convenient App I would honestly download it. It's hard to book a taxi a busy times so just book it via App super super easy.

Good service and a good company when there's enough drivers on, when there's not many drivers it can be either your taxi will be really late or u won't have 1 for at least an hour. Otherwise fantastic company
