It's been really bad in all different aspects . The system did work at one time in two other vehicles. I have moved the system and the auto dealership helped to get it installed properly. AVAS support is atrocious at getting anything done. I have reached out many times with maybe an answer, but can never speak to anyone. The GPS is never accurate, and the vehicle could be somewhere else and still showing that it's parked in my garage. I would rate a zero at this point. Go with ONSTAR !!

My device regularly locks up on a location and stays there for hours if not overnight. When it does update location it takes a long time (20 to 45 minutes) to display the change. Current location is regularly off actual by 50 to over 200 feet (4 to 6+ houses). This would make recovery difficult if not impossible. If location is accurate, the time it takes to update would make following the car impossible. It tracks my location very accurately and is almost real time. I really wanted to love it!

Worst ever and expensive add on at the dealership $$$$$$. Security zones set and never alerts me. Only thing this is good for when it works is to show me the location of my vehicle. Essentially the person stealing my car will be long gone before I would even know it left the security zone if I don't check the location and if that even works. Trash and a waste of money. Class action lawsuit let's do it!!!!

Not very good. Only useful thing is that it shows where the car is right now. I guess only in the events of theft, its useful. That's why 2 stars. I got it for free with the car. But would not put money in this otherwise. Doesn't show the car health (not overview, no details) even though it can easily show that since they have a small device installed on ODB2. Customer service is trash. No body has responded to my query that I raised thrice in last 3 months.

When it works, it is cool to use. But very buggy. When i log un, it doesn't always show where my car is. And the find location button goes away. Map shows up in a place in Africa. Edit: Changed from 2 to 1 star. Now I am getting 4 emails when I actually do leave a zone. But I am also getting alert emails on the days I don't drive my vehicle.

It used to work at first, GPS always slightly off, looks like you're driving in the field by the road, ect... No big deal. Now it's all over the place. My car will show as being home while it is out at the store. No trace of it being started or driven. Sometimes it shows up but the time stamp is off, and it won't show until hours later. very frustrating.

First: IS ONLY A PIECE ATTACHED BEHIND THE ODB2 PORT. Easy to uninstall with only a Phillips screwdriver. App is Not consistent. It will track most of a trip, but it will regularly miss large chunks of GPS checkpoints. I've even seen it "catch up" by listing several checkpoints with the same timestamp and no motion. I'd rather put my money toward a lifetime LoJack like my other vehicle.

Support is fabulous, dealership found a bad part and replaced it. Then the dealership sent an email to AVAS and they got things updated in minutes and advised me to try. It is working perfectly now. Original:(It failed, still says it's parked at the dealership. I tried and thought I was set but obviously not. plan to stop by dealership today. I may have missed something but ...)
