This app is great for opening training! The user interface was a little confusing for me at first, but after awhile it became second nature to me🙂. It's a must buy and a needed tool to add to your chess opening trianing.

Had the app for 15 minutes and already know this is a game changer for learning / practicing openings. Please add the functionality to jump from a line in the editor to training mode on that specific line. This would be extremely helpful.

This app allows to enter multiple variations, but ONLY for the opponent's moves. While this is fine, what if you don't always want to play the same variation? That's especially relevant if you want to play lesser known variations. There's no good workaround to deal with this issue. I also feel like the UI and user experience could be improved in some areas, especially when "drawing" on the board. Summary: Great app to learn openings ONLY IF you always play the same (the best) variation.

I just notice that variations are only available for one side of the board (the opponent's side). There should be candidate moves available for the challenger as well (for bith black and white). When can you pissibly make this feature available? If this feature is added, this is going to be the best app for chess repertoire building. That said, I will give it 4 stars for now. I purchased this hoping to have variations for either side.

Excellent app to reinforce opening repotoire... Only recommendation I have is to somehow visibly show where the user has entered multiple moves in the same transformations. Oftentimes, a different move order causes identical positions on the board. It would be nice to see where one move order caused me to react one way and a differnt set of move orders incorrectly caused me to alter my logic for some reason. Having said this...the app is well thought out.

This is a great app. I highly recommend. Some needed improvements: 1. I wish there was a way to paste PGN from clipboard. 2. It would be extremely helpful to be able to branch my own moves into other ideas, rather than only getting one best move per position. 3. For players looking to practice deep lines, it needs a button in the Editor view that takes you to the practice mode but for practice on the line you were on when you clicked the button. This is the biggest thing missing from this app.

Most interactive chess app I've found. It's great for practicing a repertoire, once you provide all lines by clicking the board or from a PGN. I like to follow books with this app, so that the lines instantly get saved and I can try to reproduce them latter. It identifies transpositions and the engine helps building new lines. No database is included, so you need to check the most played answers somewhere else.

The app is great and could be perfect with a few adjustments & features. In future updates the board and pieces should be larger or adjustable, the comment window could be a lot smaller like 4 sentences wide and below board, and syncing, please add syncing. I know these things will probably be addressed in future updates. Overall it is a great app for for training, its worth the money.
