The virtual library card is useless, can't be scanned in the library, so you have to carry your physical card anyway. The app does offer a nice summary page of your checked out books and holds, and when they're due.

The app is ok-ish, however unbearably slow and the most annoying thing is that it logs you out of the app if you lot into the website in the web browser and vice versa (why???).

Would love to use the app if it worked. It won't let you in without logging in but crashes upon login. Please fix this issue and make it work with Android 12. Will come back once issue is fixed.

Love the app. Easy to maneuver. I borrow books and pick in a venue. Was able to get a tax filing place via the app. Shows what is going on in various public libraries, too. 👍

It crashes on launch. Every single time. It used to be good, but it's been 100% useless since at least last fall.

I am suddenly unable to log in, unable to reset my password. Uninstalled and reinstalled no help, when I request password reset I do not receive an email, any suggestions ?
