If you thought it was bad before. You have to log in every time even when you check save log in. I have to start opening the app when I get out of the car. Why can't you at least use the finger print reader to log in? I had to log in THREE times in one trip. November 12 2024 Now I have to verify by text each time I open the app. Make it use finger print login!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible app!

I feel like I constantly have to relog back in, and when you search the clip coupons by type, they are not separated correctly. Like there are multiple dry or refrigerator items listed as frozen in the frozen listing. While this just means you have to scroll through all of them, it also means it's going to take longer to find what you're looking for. I would love to see an option to scan and shop as well. My specific, Winn Dixie, doesn't always have a lot of registers open.

I'd give this ZERO stars. This app is a joke. It never works. I've deleted and redownloaded, still doesn't work. My phone is up to date, still doesn't work. Use WiFi, still doesn't work and it damned sure doesn't work when you have to use your phones data. Forget using this app in the store. If by some miracle it does work for a moment, you best believe it will shut off and go back to your phone's home screen. Come on Winn Dixie app people, y'all can do better.

The app works properly maybe 1/16 of the time. Never loads when in-store. The search bar on top never works. Have to do a work-around and create a list and search that way, such a pain. I could be running the app, have to open another (keeping it running in background), when I go back it will tell me to log back in. The app is such a pain to use.

This is absolutely the worst app I've ever downloaded. It is laggy, buggy, and basically unusable. It doesn't load my points, freezes when I try to open the weekly ad, always encounters an issue when trying to add stuff to my shopping list, and regularly freezes for no reason. Note: I am using the most updated version and closing the app and reopening makes zero difference.

One of the worst apps I have ever used.. it lags something awful; half the time you can't click on the rewards in the header because the point counter is in the way; when you search something it gives you their brand first, not what you asked for; You can't order from the store deli; scannable items/coupons don't work. 8/24/24 - still the very same mess. Now, unable to expand pictures to read labels, on top of all of the old complaints...

A lot of Very nice features. However it is very slow adding items to shopping list ... Even slower removing items from shopping list. Frequently stops responding, offering options to wait or close, but the wait selection immediately returns the wait or close options again and again. Appears to have severe memory management issues.

WD itself is great, but their app is a big stinker. It's slow. It crashes regularly. If you swap to another app and when you come back to the WD app, it often says not connected to wifi, which brings you to the apps homepage. Which is annoying as the apps cumbersome. Why aren't the coupons searchable? Do better Winn Dixie!
