After placing the order it vanished from the app, unable to track as it is nowhere to be shown. Also no loyalty points given on order completion.

I ordered through the app and it was a good experience but I was surprised when I opened the order at home , they charged extra for sauce and cheese but were not added in the burgers .

extremely horrible experience idk if that was on the branch's end or the app but my food arrived after almost 2 hours of placing an order through this app. Kindly use foodpand instead if you want your food to be delivered while its hot

No one picked up my calls. Order was not prepared, yet app kept showing "preparing" for one hour. One hour wasted.

The food is certainly unique and original and the app's performance is ok but could be better in a lot of aspects. Plus the Credit/Debit option doesn't work all the time and the otp never arrives which led to the time being expired. The major issue I had with the PWD branch in Rawalpindi as they are the ones fulfilling the orders through the app is that there is always something being neglected, ignored, or forgotten either it would be fries, sauce, or an entire meal.

Amazing Service. I have been using this app for almost over a year now, they have a really quick delivery service and everything is delivered piping hot and fresh. Vouchers are applied instantly and any refunds are also issued within a week or two. The recent price hike is hefty, the menu is really expensive now ordering without a discount can take a toll on your wallet now.
