Straightforward and easy to use - just like the airline itself. For that reason I should give 5 stars to the app as well, except for one tiny improvement that's needed. Please FlySafair, at the next update: Show a one line summary of the booking, on the final payment confirmation page, BEFORE one hits the "pay now" button. Thank you!

I don't know what my luck is with this app, but it never seems to work for me Always get errors when trying to save my card. When I update my profile, the app just ignores the changes and reverts back to default. When logging out and logging back in, I find most of my info deleted and gone. When trying to pay for flight 90% of the time it just says there's an error so I refresh but when I do that the seat I try booking is booked due to the app not realizing I've refreshed it it.

This app has so many glitches, you can't add in your ID number, and I had to start my booking over from the beginning many times, then when I finally got to the booking page, it crashed multiple times then deducted money off my account for all the failed bookings, now I'm still waiting for my refund.

This App does not work properly. I have an excellent android phone and when installed it is no responsive. Have reinstalled. Eventually does respond but can take up to 5min. Been a persistent problem since new version. Also font doesn't resize when loading a booking, words are written over each other. Feels like it hasn't been tested properly.

Still unusable. After completing the booking and providing credit card details, it takes you to the bank site for confirmation. Click Approve and try to get back to the (still open) flysafair app, and all the details have disappeared and the booking doesn't get processed. I just wasted 20 minutes of a very busy (and increasingly frustrated) check in lady's time, and she couldn't get this to work either. But she eventually showed us how to book using WhatsApp, and that works fine.

It's not very user friendly, it's okay to see your bookings but it's a pain to change anything. It wouldn't allow me to add excess baggage but, when I did it at the airport, the app wouldn't work because it came up as an outstanding payment - even though I'd swiped my card at the FlySafair desk. Grr

With every update, this app becomes slower and more full glitches. All I want to do is load my bookings once without it disappearing throughout the day and taking 30min to load a booking. Or is that to much to ask?
