UPDATE no it didn't work to clear cache, unistall abd re install. I'm not really comfortable to post my details here as everyone can read it. Can you not send me a number or email address for a support team that I can contact for assistance? I have been trying to use this app but keeps giving me some error by my cart "RNaN" when I click on it, it just closes the app...I've tried uninstalling and re installing, but the same keeps happening for the past week.

Please add an option where we can communicate with the driver either via texts or in app call. Or add the drivers number so we can contact him. It's very difficult when the tracking isn't working, you can't contact the driver. Please also fix the tracking. And an option to communicate with the shopper regarding a specific colour or meat quantity would be helpful.

I have had issues with this app from day 1. It keeps saying incorrect username and/or password even though I am using my registered email address. What makes even less sense with this error is that when I choose the forgot password option, it sends the password reset email to the email address that's apparently incorrect. I tried calling them cause there isn't even a WhatsApp number available. This is utterly disappointing. And now FNB has partnered with PnP. There go my eBucks because WOW! YOH!

I'm happy with the app so far, for someone who stays in the hood, the hours it takes them to deliver is the hours I would have spent outside and I don't wanna be outside. Also the trick is to order in the morning, and not when you're desperate. 90% of my orders are delivered in less than 90min coz I would have spent more time if I had gone to the shop myself. And honestly, you cannot compare the app to a takeout outlet delivery service, it takes time to find item in all those aisle

This app has been a life saver and an anxiety aid. I struggle with crowds, and knowing that I have the same in-store specials on the app is amazing. Even more amazing, there are in-app specials that I wouldn't find in the store, and that makes life so much better. The drivers are mostly good. I had only 1 bad experience, but Pick n Pay resolved the issue the same day. Great app 👌

Honestly the worst food delivery service there is. Not only does the delivery take hours to arrive but the app glitches way too often. It logs me out every time I close it but when I try to log back it says my password is incorrect. I tried resetting it but even that password is "incorect". It also sucks that you can only have one card saved and that your refund stays in your wallet forcing you to use their service again. Even half a star would be too much for this app. Very dissatisfied.

There's a reason why Sixty60 has taken significant market share from PnP. This app is rubbish. Stock levels are not managed. As a result, orders are placed and paid only for most of the order being credited back to your ASAP account (not in cash) because most of the items purchased are unavailable. Don't waste your time here, stick to Sixty60.

Can't login with all, forever stays on logging in status and no progress. But of I select skip (don't log in) I can use the app, it's just not linked to my account/profile. However can use the website perfectly fine. So my login credentials are correct. This app needs alot of work... Edit, fast assistance regarding the above issue, less than 2 hours. Now it's working fine. Thank you! Unfortunately still needs work regarding delivery availability and times. But then that requires investment.
