Took me a while to work out logging in with both my institution and my individual account, but once I sorted that out, I really found the browsing intuitive and easy to use. I would suggest to the developers to include a function to enable notifications for new issues from journals on my shelf.

Very happy with this app. My institution allows me access to many journals which I can then save within the app. I am most impressed with the support. I had a issue where articles weren't loading after a previous app update. I contacted support with my problem, and within 24hours they had released another update which fixed my issue. Great communication throughout, thank you. I recommend this app to any clinician.

Very unfunctional! You can NOT download papers to your device and read them in popular pdf reading apps. You can NOT search for a paper by title. When in institution page, there is no available back button, so if you click something by wrong, you have to close the app and clean the cash!! and start from scratch again!!!

without search option, the app is simply like a traditional library / magazine shelf. also organisation of journals within the 'shelves' is tedious and didn't work for me. needs a lot of improvement. i shall try it again next year to see if they improved any bit by then.

Good for browsing. Major problem is that with an open PDF, switching from the app causes it to crash every time! Can get annoying.

Agree with previous posts commenting on the terms of service and data collection. I perceive it as an unnecessary and unreasonable invasion of privacy for this personal use application. I have uninstalled and suggest academic institutions seek an alternative option for their faculty and students.

Finally gave up. Half the time it remembers logins, half the time not. Utterly random, making it more a pain than it's worth using the VA national library access. Uninstalled.
