A Google user

This app is pretty useful but when tracking it can get quite confusing if you you don't know where you are. If you can add a marker on the map to actually show where you are which can make this app kinda awesome. At the moment it's good but the map not showing where you are gets quite frustrating when you have to zoom in and find where you actually are which takes so much time. Hope you fix this soon.

Had the app for about 3-4 months (probably longer) and it only worked once. I spend more time trying to get the app working then I do actually using it and sadly never succeed Every time I open the app and login it just has a loading screen and then freezes and then the app crashes Really would like to see this get fixed as I use the bus system frequently

Tracks... Some of the buses on their routes (bafflingly, it manages to miss buses that other apps tracked and tracked accurately). So be ready for surprises. Hard to say if leaving bus-related feedback and reporting lost property with this app are worth it, but I certainly didn't have any luck with the latter.

Devastation

This is a review for the app. This app needs major stability updates, it crashes constantly, glitches out with bus routes think theyre another route and when you accidentally tap something it crashes. One example of a glitch is, when I save a route the next time I go on the app it says its a museum route even though im on the bus and its not going to a museum.

Appart from the sign up issues, this app is a success in my opinion. Having criticise Ventura busses on their timeliness previously, this app has come at a time when they've been really good with their bus timings, 737 in particular. Keep up the good job and stay that way.

I love this tracker, though it's far from perfect. Two things that would make it perfect are being able to locate yourself on the map and also track multiple nearby bus routes at once.

All i want is to open a map and see ALL possible buses with stops within a user -preferred distance from current location-with floating time until arrival at nearest stop. I'll choose the one with the destination i want. This is cumbersome and time -wasting as it is.

I just needed to know one bus time, the bus wasn't listed on PTV so i checked the website, the website says to find times to download this app, so i downloaded this app, the app then wanted me to sign in, then it wanted access rights which i denied and ticked don't ask again, then i got an infinite loop of dialogue boxes saying it needed access rights. i couldn't do anything other than switch app and uninstall. worthless. Just put the information online. none of this was necessary.
