I bought this and immediately paid for the premium version (to get offline maps) based on a recommendation. I immediately ran into problems: - I can't search for a campground by name. I need to know the address or where it is on the map. - When it displays the segments of a route, it describes all the segments as being to the first via point; - When I hide and re-expose the via points, the first via point is missing; - When I bring up the app it wrongly says there's no Internet connection.

It is the best motorcycle riding application. I have used it for several months, and no bugs have been detected. Every function seems very thoughtful and optimized. I like both mobile and web site route planner, especially a function when you can set how you want to reach eachvvia point. I recommend it!

My phone is listed as compatible. Compared to other navi apps, it doesn't work as well for me. Doesn't keep a connection and cannot keep up. I was ready to change providers or phone, then I read more into the product. Turn's out it's not compatible with Android Auto and they state it never will be. I have a brand new mirroring screen to use Android Auto. ☹️

Created a great ride that wound through 6 mountainous states. On screen it was pretty epic. Unfortunately when riding it kept dropping out and left me in the middle of nowhere with no apparent way to recover. Twice I had to backtrack 40 plus miles and only got that by asking locals where I was. App refused to auto recover. One failure caused me to drop my bike at an unmarked fork at the top of a mountain pass. Paid and want a refund. No downloadable turn by turn info for recovery.

I would give Calimoto no stars but the review page will not let me! They clam to have a free version on their webpage but after down loading the app to my phone, creating a route or two, it would not navigate. Instead when you press navigate, it pulls up a page where they want you pay (for the week or year) and then you get a "14 day free trail". Well that's not free! I will definitely be looking else were for my Moto travels. Thanks but no thanks!

Update 11/19/24 now you can't use the app without paying. No thanks. I put up with all the issue bc it was mostly free. There are much better options out there for free. Update 4/10/22 - was 4 stars...reduced to 2. Its almost unusable after update. New layout is way to cluttered. Some of the buttons don't fit on screen. I tried to change to offline mode and I couldn't even find it. I'm all for updating an app, but why did you have completely redesign it?

I live on the border of a state, family in next. This app expects me to be locked in one state. How stupid lol, is there really not a free riding app for motorcyclists? Greed just permeates everything. Hot tip: on Google Maps, when you make a route, press the three dots on top right. You can select to turn off Highways. So you will always be directed to state highways and not interstates for a scenic drive, and its all free. As a new rider, its what I have been doing. Thank me later.

Love the concept. However road names are no where near accurate in my area. I saw that it used open maps which I signed up for and made changes however that's not made it to this app yet. I used it to track a rode and seems decent. Have not used it for directions as of yet. I wanna pull the trigger and buy the annual but not worth it if the maps are inaccurate.
