Cancelled this 3 years ago, had 2 different cars since , spoke in person after having difficulty cancelling 3 yeats ago.Yet today I have it turn up on my banking app .inwhich I put a stop preventing 3 years ago absolute nightmare to deal with.

i don't like it, notifications about my insurance and MOT ? , clear air zone does not get cleaner by paying money. clear air zone supposed to be ban. The restriction on emissions on new cars, but it's not enough tax tax tax and money money money, too greedy and keeping people on dog lead.

Trying to register vehicle but keeps telling me I'm offline when I'm very much online! Not a great start! Update: Several attempts to register vehicle. All failed as I am, apparently, offline. Used different WiFi, switched to data, rebooted phone, opened new account with different email. All unsuccessful. Uninstalled. Will use government websites to pay charges.

Never to be trusted, after a 360 bill paid for a full check wich included : oil change, filters, spark plugs ... the result was nothing has been done and you will have the misfortune to find that appointment is cancelled never trust this app

Clean, quick and simple tool for drivers! My only gripe is that even if your car is ULEZ expempt it still shows it as an option to pay, which is confusing for some people who may be under the impression their vehicle is not exempt when it is. What if there was an option to load a car profile, this would include all the charges that are enforceable for a particular vehicle and you can manage the expiry date of the charge with a calendar/planner? Cool feature to have!

Geeat concept. Poor execution. Says tax expired but it isnt. Doesnt refresh the details as well. Edit: Yes, i tried refreshing. It doesn't work. Tries both pull to refresh and refresh details button. Same issue.

Used for the Tyne Tunnel. Their own Go app is abysmal. I hate going online and entering every detail one by one. Caura has saved me so much time. Able to use Apple Pay. I will continue to use this everytime I go through the tunnel which is not very often
