the app is good it's simple and I love the rewards system

Now app doesn't work. Never connects to Order online tab and just spins endlessly. Cant access my loyalty points rewards either. All of this occured after I updated and changed my password as prompted. Another fully functional app ruined like Comixology and Stitcher. Just sad.

The new app is a disappointment. Before you would get notifications about rewards and promotions, and they gave expiration dates. Now everything is in an "inbox" on the app, no way to know what active promotion or reward you have without checking it, and no idea when it expires, including birthday rewards. They still have no option to add the "homemade caramel" to any drink, like the cortado, because the caramel option is for the caramel liquid syrup, not the caramel sauce.

the only reason it's a 4 out of 5 is that I cannot set a favorite location to order from. it's a bit of a pain to have to search for the one store I go to each time I want to order. otherwise this updated app is great!

Terrible app. Constantly logs you out and completely forgets your user information. When you try to order as a guest you complete your entire order only to find out that the location that you are ordering from does not take guest orders through the app.

I received a birthday reward, which I appreciate, but the coupon was confusing, even to the support person I reached out to! They were so baffled that it took months to have my issue somewhat resolved. This text customer service is for the birds!

I can't log in to the app or website no matter how many times I reset the password. Worse yet, the app does not allow me to place an order as a Guest. It's very frustrating to deal with and I end up ordering lunch from another place.
