I'm a new subscribed user, fresh one and this app seems like a game changer in order to comply with the law. Very transparent and easy to navigate within. In case of any issues there's a dedicated customer service that address all concerns in a timely manner, friendly and with detailed answers. There are also pdf guides explaining the process. The registration process itself is easy to follow, takes 2 mins. Can be done with the app or website. Really happy with it.

I have been using this for 4 months for my two Spanish Airbnb rental properties. Registration through the Guardia Civil went smoothly, and the data scan from machine-readable ID has worked every time, including examples with Cyrillic script for the documents themselves. A glitch by which the data for the date of document issue were not captured was fixed within a couple of days of my having reported it, and my limited experience of the help chat function has been very positive.

Very good but it's not useful because there is no option to force guests to include photos of the document, so we don't know if they are false.. Only works for presential checkin.

I have been using this app for over a year, and it is so easy to use, and it has freed time up for me, I get the guests to check in. Only once have guests failed and that was because they are not use to using their phones.
