Can't use unless you have a homescreen lock which I don't want to have on my device. That's a shame as they're plugging the App on their desktop version and if someone were to steal my phone I'd be much more worried about my banking apps than somebody inputting my hours at work!

absolute disaster of a system, needs to be made user friendly as getting access to my payslip is near impossible. I can't believe this is the system that's being used by government run training courses for access to payslips, really inconvenient!

needs to keep the option to take screenshots of shifts. unsure why this is a safety concern as you need to log in to get there anyway? or there needs to be a widget available that allows you to see your shifts from your home screen

so far so bad. this has replaced our old Kaizen system because, apparently, it's better. I still haven't been able to log in.

At first this app looks archaic and works like archaic. It is not a 21st century app. Second, after the last update I can't download my payslips. I hope this will be fixed.

What a load of rubbish. This app is so unsafe it makes you change you password every month you just start putting random numbers and letter in so you don't use your password for other stuff at home as they are literally collecting all your password so sooner or later they will have your password for other stuff you use.

Asks you to change your password but always errors. Trying to use " forgot password" to reset your password does nothing. You have to contact your workplaces HR department, then they need to manually raise the issue, and if you're lucky you may be given a new password within a week. If you are lucky. It is very close to being the last straw and convincing me to hand in my notice, just to not have to deal with this app which is not fit for purpose.

The app kicks you out for no reason and then doesn't recognise your user name or password it doesn't matter how many times you try different things it won't let you in and who the hell do you contact what rubbish what happened to just talking to someone!!!!
