DO NOT USE. I've lost $12 in the past week "starting" a cycle. Seems random. It charges your account, the machine beeps, you press start...and nothing happens. The app charges you and starts a countdown for the machine but the machine itself flips back to ready. There is no way to get your money back if this happens. Requesting service on the machine through the app did not fix anything.

Miserable. Will not connect to machines reliably. If your building is converting to this, push back with everything you've got. Might buy a machine for my bathroom and rack dry everything. It's that bad. Update. They fixed the bug that was destroying the user experience. Much better!

The app functions. The Bluetooth communication between the machine and app is incredibly slow. Also, if you close the app before it finishes registering that your machine started, you can't see how long the machine has or get reconnected to it. Also frustrating that if you use the app, the minimum $ you can load is more than you need for one wash and dry. Overall, it's more annoying that just popping my quarters in the machine (which was WAY faster)

It's definitely an app...not a very good one at that. I used it for nearly 2 years, and I couldn't count the amount of times the app wouldn't work and would have to restart my phone just to make it work. On top of the fact occasionally money would be missing. I personally think this app is used as a form of money "laundering", no pun intended. The notifications SOMETIMES work, letting you know when the laundry is done. They also take their SWEET time on fixing machines. Overall very scam like

Extremely slow, sometimes giving me the wrong balance, takes way too long to connect. Sometimes, it doesn't work at all. Went to the laundry room after starting 2 washing machines. The 2 others I was trying to start didn't work. Wasn't connecting to the system. When I went to start the dryers after washing, I had to use my debit card I had $13.50 in balance in the app, and the app wasn't working at all. Didn't give me the correct balance, was showing 00 as balance and was buffering. The worst.

Only downside is when I'm listening to earbuds via Bluetooth AND doing laundry, the app also connects by Bluetooth & at times cause both apps to crash. It's been great to be able to pay with my phone instead of a physical card. Haven't had any issues with loading $ with credit card. Now if they could just get ALL the machines in my building laundry room working AT THE SAME TIME!!! As a steady state. Sheesh.

The app constantly struggles to connect to the machines - and that's when the app is actually working. Which means you can be charged twice per load. They also removed the option to see your building's units as a default. Which is incredibly inconvenient and makes the app even worse to use. They increased the prices from $1.75 to $2.00 per load and decreased the length of the cycles by 3-5 mins, without notification. The clothes are still damp after coming out of the dryer now.

Used to be a great app. In the past several months it has really failed. Much difficulty using the scan to pay method. The active timer on current loads no longer works at all. You have no idea when washing or drying will complete without sitting there & watching your loads. That was one of the best features before it failed.
