I bought a stabilizer for my ac only 3 months back. It's now not working. Their technician came and told me some parts needs to be replaced for which I have to pay. The amount is half the price of the stabilizer. I mean really ?? What's the warranty for?? Worst customer service and worst local service team. I don't know what to say. Please don't buy any of there products.

I am trying to connect these people but of no use. I don't recommend any one to go for this brand . Very bad experience My inverter is not working from the time of purchase and the personel only bluff .

Very bad experience with the product and service.....I bought an inverter 6 month's ago it worked good till now and suddenly stopped working..... And now around 10 days passed but no one is looking into the matter....i have called customer care like 20 times. Super bad quality of product and service. Never gonna buy microtek products again.

This app and company is the worst in terms of service provider. I have purchased a stabilizer from them and Since Sunday, I've been attempting to get in touch with these guys regarding my stablilizer issue. A week has passed I have done so many calls, dropped WhatsApp messages and they have not responded in any way. My experience with Mircrotek is pathetic. I will never recommend them

I last bought a UPS from Microtek in 2020. Now it is no longer providing backup. I tried to get in touch with the company over phone, WhatsApp and online. In 2020, they had a prompt service team. It has been a week since I registered a complaint on their website. No human has seen the complaint or made an effort to reach out to me. I guess I'll have to get the batteries replaced by local vendors. Is this company no longer functional? There is no way to register an account either. RIP Microtek.

Very poor service if you call them they said to message on WhatsApp and if you message they said to call on toll free number..just make coustomer fool ...
