Very bad experience. They charge you a huge amount for Visa assistance and the assistance quality is bad, the team is not responsive when contacted on whatsapp. No progress reporting what so ever to give you a sense of whether your papers that will be collected at the day of the interview are ready or not. You arr always stuck with auto reply or AI on whatsapp. I won't try using this app again. I recommend going directly to VFS.

Very bad, they didn't give me all the informations, also they told me to change my hotel booking but they didn't update my folder when I change my booking they keep the wrong one in the folder.

I want to leave 5 star reviews for this company everywhere, my family recommended it to me and I will never use anything else, despite the high cost I've never felt more taken care of by a company, they have the most politest staff and the speediest customer service on any platform whether call or whatsapp and their application is so smooth, they are very worth it you will be very at ease during the whole schengen process

ypu don't need this app for many reasons and one of this reasons is they don't help you with anything, thry say more then 30 country in the world but when you check you see only 21 country! useless app

Sorry to its unnecessary app they didn't assist me with anything I prepare my documents even my insurance then I send it to them they just give online appointment and file then they ask me to go alone .. I thought they will assist me inside or someone will guide me or they will immediately send my paper to embassy but nothing they just took money for nothing
