I been using tigo from more than 10 years now,before u all use to give good service but now the service is bad,the cable doesn't work good,if u put saldo normal on your phone u all steal back sending messages out of the blue that no applied to,when u go to the office to put a complaint about the messages u all send,uny play like uny fix the issue but doesn't,still be taking your credit,I always get 1 messages saying your Facebook for 1 day for 17 LPS,will soon be renovated I didn't apply to it

I was told I was given 2GB of additional internet added to my prepaid plan, but I'm here over a week waiting for those 2GB to appear. I would indeed give a good rating overall due to the fact that is easier to use than the one online, but not giving 5 stars for the 2gb issue.

I am very irritated that I do not seem to have a choice for preferred language, when sending me massages, or the app seems to not have a preferred language. not everyone uses Spanish, or understands it. I might like it better if I can read it in my language,

This is the most terrible app, I have ever used. I don't understand, how a large company, can have such a horrible app. Nothing works, can't use it if you don't have data, not even in my house with a high speed internet. Meaning I can't recharge my account through this app.

They seem to sell my info or phone number to other third party I get nearby strange bussiness offering me coupons and also I get charges for internet or whatsapp or messenger when I have money without my authorisation. If I have saldo for over 4 days when I come back something charges me without my permission. I always get transaction unsuccessful when the MO ey runs out. What transaction? I didn't purchase anything. I give it a negative 5 then customer service is the worst they have an excuse f

Stop stealing from ur ppl. My SIM card just die for no reason and to get a refund it was almost impossible. The deals almost irrational, on the point where the company ie tigo have the whole profit. I wish I can show u the pics of the purchases.

This app is a real problem. I have had to uninstall it and reinstall it many times. Why won't it connect to internet when there's plenty of saldo in my phone AND at our house where there is home internet.
